It has been about 2 weeks in since the demolition started. The wood planks, new lighting and exhaust fan have been installed. The vanity is being preserved for reuse, which will be fitted with a new top. Fortunately, there was no structure in the dropped ceiling at the shower, so we were able to have it completely removed.
We are running into some supply chain issues for plumbing fixtures, but the GC and subs are doing prep work to be ready for a simple hook up when they arrive.
