The exterior stucco is making its way around the house, and the remaining exterior is being prepared for wood siding. Siding samples are being reviewed for final purchase. Trenching is happening around the house for utilities such as irrigation and propane gas lines. In the meantime, the ceiling framing on the interior is also wrapping up, and electrical work is about to commence. While things are going smoothly, there are things to resolve as construction progresses, such as the grade behind the garage and downspout configuration in the rear. We find 3d diagrams easiest to work and communicate with for problem solving.
